Our Technology For The
Future of Missile Defense

Over the past two decades, Intelligent Systems Research has developed a proprietary algorithmic framework to solve one of missile defense’s most critical challenges:

Real-time coordination and data fusion across distributed sensors, platforms, and domains—enabling autonomous, resilient decision-making at scale.

The solution was developed under the systems engineering leadership of William Cook, whose architectural approach defined the core system requirements and integration model. The algorithmic innovation was executed by ISR’s technical team, including physicist Dr. Phil Dennis, whose radar expertise helped translate those requirements into operational logic.

Our technologies have:

  • Been funded and validated through multiple competitive DoD SBIR awards

  • Enabled distributed architecture implementation to dramatically improve defense performance

  • Undergone successful demonstrations in ISR and government labs

  • Delivered scalable, mission-ready capabilities for:

  • Distributed sensor fusion across many ground-based, sea-based and space-based sensors

  • Providing much more accurate threat track results to improve weapon effectiveness

  • Effective target engagement assessments and resource management for improved defense effectiveness of the entire architecture.

  • Real-time distributed architecture component contribution effectiveness enhancement
